Services
AlumniHero provides website design, development, and management services for alumni clubs and organizations. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to existing systems. Clients must have the authority to authorize work on behalf of their organization.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website content and design. AlumniHero retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms
Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due according to the terms outlined in each agreement.
Limitation of liability
AlumniHero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Obligations accrued prior to termination remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
